How to Place an Order:

1. Select your favorite photos, home videos, newspaper clippings, or any other memento, etc. 
2. Organize them in the order you wish them to be presented (number them using post-it notes or on the back of your photos). If sending a CD of digital photos please include information as to the order you wish them to be presented.
3. Timing of photos during slide presentation is based on length of songs selected unless otherwise specified. (Note: photos typically are viewed for 6 to 8 seconds).
4. Choose the audio you would like include in your personalized slideshow. If you would like a favorite song*, please indicate artist and title. Music can be complete or partial songs, sound bytes, audio clips, etc. If you would like to use a voice over, please record onto a cassette tape or CD (preferred). 
5. Personal messages, quotes, verses, etc. enhance the viewing experience. If you would like to include a personalized message within the slideshow, please indicate at time of order. 
6. Consider any other captions or titles you would like to help clarify a photograph.

8. Securely package your photos and CDs in a shipping box. Label the package "Fragile" and "Photos". Include any specific instructions and enclose check or money order payable to Life's Treasured Moments.
9. Please include the scheduled delivery date, your phone number and e-mail address where I can contact with any questions related to your order.
